Delete your Doganswer account
You can delete your Doganswer account at any time, without giving a reason.
Deleting your account in the app or web panel
- In the mobile app: Account screen → Delete account → Send the link.
- In the web panel at https://app.doganswer.com: Account → Delete account → Send the link.
- We will send a confirmation link, valid for 1 hour, to the email address assigned to your account. Deletion starts only after you click that link.
What happens after you confirm
- Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days, and you are signed out on all devices.
- Your subscription will not renew. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, with no further charges.
- For 30 days you can sign in and cancel the deletion. Your subscription is then resumed.
- After 30 days we permanently delete your account and its data, including call recordings, and cancel your subscription.
Requesting deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or the web panel, send a deletion request from the email address assigned to your account to [email protected]. We will delete your account within 14 days of receiving the request and verifying your identity.
